○ Worked on criminal cases pursuant to the special laws, such as violations of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (fraud, malpractice) related to LBO, welfare equipment, meat-secured loans, and steel industry, as well as other economic crimes such as fraud, embezzlement, and malpractice.
○ Worked on criminal cases pursuant to various special laws, such as violations of the Game Industry Promotion Act, the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act, Act on the Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments, Act on Real Name Financial Transactions and Confidentiality, Capital Market and Financial Investment Business Act, and the Waste Management Act.
○ Worked on various traffic crimes such as violations against the Road Traffic Act (e.g. fugitive vehicles, driving under the influence of alcohol), and the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes.
○ Worked on various corruption crimes such as bribery, bribery, violations against the Public Official Election Act, and the Attorney-at-Law Act.
○ Worked on cases involving the violation of special laws concerning sexual crimes such as forced harassment, rape, and sexual violence, etc.
